The location is great. It is near the night market and pub street. A lot of good restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The service is great. The receptionists, restaurant crew, and cleaning/maintenance personnel are well-trained and welcoming. I love the hospitality offered by their lovely staff. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 They offer welcoming drinks and fruits as well as afternoon tea with fruit juices, fresh fruits, and other snacks. The hotel is eco-friendly and very relaxing. They offer tuk-tuk services and tours. This way, you are sure that you are in good hands. They also offer free tree planting. They provided a tuk-tuk ride from The Urban to their other hotel The Nature. There, we were guided by Joseph, as we plant our Golden Shower plant, Angki. He was so nice and very accommodating. Overall, we had a nice and amazing stay with The Urban. *I love their Mango Sticky Rice ❤️ -Room 33

スタッフの皆さん、とてもいい方ばかりで観光名所やトゥクトゥクの手配など大変助けていただきました。特にMs.Raはたくさん気にかけて話しかけてくださりとても素敵な女性スタッフさんでした。チェックインの際にはフルーツセットとお茶を出していただいたり、洗濯を頼みましたが綺麗に洗っていただいたりととても満足しています。午後3:00〜4:30？くらいに毎日ティータイムをロビーで開いてくださっていたのでワッフルとジンジャーティーをいただきました。特にホテル內でのサービスでマッサージを1時間受けたのですが、足だけのコースにも関わらず方周りや太もも、首まで満遍なくほぐしてもらいかなりリフレッシュできました。コスパ◎本當にありがとうございました！ 🇯🇵RIHO

De beste locatie in de afgelopen jaren. Ruime, schone kamers in een mooie omgeving. Midden in de stad alsof je in de natuur zit. Dicht bij het centrum en toch stil. , uiterst vriendelijk personeel, goede service. Regelden vervoer voor ons tegen concurrerende prijzen. Ook een erg goed restaurant. Een beperkte kaart, maar alles is uitstekend bereid. En … een beschut zwembad.

We loved staying at the Urban Hotel! The room was comfortable- the beds were perfect! The bathroom was also lovely. A great shower and nicely decorated. But perhaps the best part of our stay was the friendliness of your staff. They were so accommodating to our every need. We got time to enjoy the pool and we loved our breakfast. We will highly recommend this to any fro mds heading to travel to Siem Reap.

I had a wonderful stay at this hidden gem in Siem Reap. Tucked away just minutes from the city center, it offers a peaceful, jungle-like atmosphere that feels like a true escape. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the swimming pool is a perfect place to unwind. What truly sets this place apart is the warm, attentive staff always welcoming and ready to help.
